Warranty

Next Level Warranty Policy:

Every Next Level paddle comes with a six month warranty covering manufacturer defects and workmanship. This warranty starts from the date of receipt and lasts for 180 days.

 

Warranty Assessment:

Next Level will assess if a paddle is eligible for warranty coverage. If a replacement paddle is issued, it will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original paddle.

 

The warranty does not apply to the following situations and conditions: 

• Normal wear and tear, abuse, or negligence.
• Fading of graphics on the paddle.
• Excessive damage to the edge guard.
• Non-original purchasers.
• Purchases from unauthorized Next Level dealers, such as Facebook groups or other unauthorized sources.
• Modifications made to the paddle after purchase.
• Impact with objects other than a pickleball, such as the ground or other paddles.
